Iranian short film ‘Hanged’ has garnered the Best Short Film award at the MikroFAF festival in Serbia.
The synopsis for Roqiyeh Tavakkoli’s ‘Hanged’ reads, “Parvaneh is a forty-year-old girl who is always hungry.”
The MikroFAF creates a space for amateur filmmakers to showcase their films.
The main part of the event is the international film festival which includes side activities like specialized screenings, workshops, panels, exhibitions, etc.
The 10th MikroFAF took place in the Serbian city of Belgrade on October 10-13, 2019.
